Hilton Malta is currently looking to recruit a Front Office Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job Role: 
The role of the Front office manager is to oversee and be accountable for the strategy and daily operations of Reception, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Telephone Operator, and night and Guest Relations functions. The selected candidate will support and champion Hiltons Vision of being recognised by our Guests for ‘making the ordinary extraordinary!’ The Front Office Manager will be responsible to ensure a consistent quality of customer service in accordance with Hilton Standards and providing leadership and direction to the team.

  • A person who is a natural and charismatic leader and who has the ability to engage and motivate the team toward success

  • A person with excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate would have previous experience at the Front Desk at a managerial level preferably in a five-star hotel
  • An educational background in the field of hospitality will be considered an asset
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must; however, fluency in Maltese, French, and Italian will be of benefit.
