Our client is looking to recruit a Front Desk & Admin Assistant to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible to:
Welcome and guide customers, ensuring smooth coordination through each stage of their interaction with the company.
Respond promptly and professionally to all telephone and email inquiries, providing accurate information and directing queries as needed.
Arrange and schedule appointments for customers.
Provide additional administrative support as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Opening Hours:
Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 19:00
Saturdays: 09:00 - 13:00
Working hours: a 40 hr week on a roster
Requirements
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong ability to multitask and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience
Excellent command in both Maltese and English both written and verbal.
Previous experience in a similar environment would be given preference, however, motivated individuals that meet the criteria will be given adequate training.
