Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a welcoming, empathetic, and professional experience for customers across
multiple channels, including face-to-face, phone, email, social media, and live chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance appointments and coordinate with our workshop team to
ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve efficient, solution-oriented outcomes for customer
concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional support throughout the customer
journey.
Requirements:
• Minimum O-Level standard of education.
• Fluency in Maltese and English.
• Based in Malta or within the EU.
• Proficiency with computer systems, with prior experience in customer support being
advantageous.
• Knowledge of modern vehicle technology is an asset.
