Our client, a free online broker in the trading industry is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Communicating and supporting customers in the required languages whilst translating emails, website information and other matters as required
Looking into and investigating customers' issues and coming up with solutions
Interacting with various departments to resolve customers' issues
Using a comprehensive knowledge of the company website and internal procedures to investigate and resolve the issues
Escalating problems in relation to the company's polices, procedures and protocols
Administering client accounting management whilst updating the CRM system
Maintaining professionalism at all times and adhering to all company standards during client interactions
Assisting with any other special customer service projects
Other duties which may be assigned from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
Fluency in the German and English language is a must, both verbally and written
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position within financial services, banking or trading
Knowledge of front, middle and back office processes especially in the field of securities and derivatives
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Ability to work on own initiative and think critically to make decisions
