Our Client, an established leading group of companies, offering multiple services and products, is looking to recruit Contact Centre Agents to join their growing team. the chosen candidates are expected to::
Answer and manage incoming calls for assistance services;
Provide accurate information and support to customers in a courteous and professional manner;
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate personnel;
Communicate with our network of contractors via phone and email;
Coordinate service requests and ensure contractors have all necessary information to fulfill their tasks;
Follow up with contractors to confirm job completion and customer satisfaction;
Engage with customers through online chat platforms;
Provide real-time assistance and resolve customer inquiries efficiently;
Document chat interactions and follow up as needed;
Record all call, email, and chat interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system;
Resolve customer issues in accordance with standard operating procedures;
Ensure all documentation is complete and up to date for future reference.
Requirements
Excellent data entry and typing skills;
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills;
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment;
Education and Experience
Proficient in main Microsoft applications including the ability to learn and navigate new software;
Speak and write fluent Maltese and English;
Knowledge of basic home installation (would be considered an asset);
Experience in a call centre environment (would be considered an asset);
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles (would be considered an asset).
