Do you like forming a relationship with people to be better able to support them? We are seeking a highly motivated Contact Centre Agent to join our team. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for the company. The representative will handle inquiries, and complaints, and provide general information to clients in a timely and efficient manner, while also promoting and selling the company's products or services. 

They will maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions, as well as meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

If you value customer-centricity, have a friendly approach and love problem-solving, then this is the job for you.

What we require for you to be eligible:
  • Have an ‘O’ Level standard of education, which must include a good pass in both Maltese and English
  • Be an excellent team player
  • Be extremely passionate about customers and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Possess outstanding customer service, strong problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • In possession of an IT / ICT / ECDL qualification
  • Love working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a customer service-related role would be an asset
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
