Our internationally known client is on the lookout for a Client Success Manager to join their team in Malta. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the chosen candidate will work fully remotely and be responsible to:

  • Actively cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster trust and partnership;
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration or expansion of services and communicate these to Product Development (PD) teams;
  • Manage the entire onboarding process, from initial discovery, calls with PDs to launch calls;
  • Ensure all deadlines are met and promptly address any issues that arise during the process;
  • Promote a culture of teamwork within the organization;
  • Ensure internal stakeholders are aligned and working collaboratively to deliver the best outcomes for clients;
  • Develop and refine processes to enhance the client experience continuously;
  • Focus on providing a seamless and connected journey for clients, with a commitment to ongoing improvement;
  • Take ownership of managing client programs from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and meet quality standards;
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, providing clear instructions and support to ensure their comfort and confidence;
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address any concerns and ensure they understand their responsibilities;
  • Document and showcase the impact and results of client programs through compelling client stories;
  • Highlight the value delivered to clients and the broader community through these programs.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Experience in customer support, building clients relationships, ideally in SaaS, would be a must
  • Must possess a driven, goal oriented attitude, with the ability to deliver outstanding work both independently and in a team
  • Outstanding presentation, and written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Great attention to detail and a data-driven approach, meticulously organised and self-motivated
  • Must be able to work flexibly, able to evolve your approach to match the evolving needs of clients and colleagues
  • Must be currently residing in Malta
Education & Experience
  • Any related certification to Sales, Self Development, Relationships, and Business is considered will be given preference.
