Centrecom Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Call Centre Agent (Maltese Speaking) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
We take pride in being the Centre of Excellence providing value to our client's businesses by identifying customised solutions. We are the go-to outsourcing partner offering Contact Centre Services, Back Office Functions, Airline Revenue Accounting, and GSA Services.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our customers, understanding what they need, and solving any issues in the most outstanding way possible. We aim to WOW our customers, and this will be your job.

Requirements:

  • You need to sit tight, roll up your sleeves and prepare to learn: no job is too big, or too small: obviously, we will train you first and make sure you have the support you need to deliver that WOW factor
  • You need to be fluent in both Maltese and English as these are the two main languages we require for this role
  • You should feel confident that you can make our customers happy, and our days run a little more smoothly
  • You need to be exceptionally organized and a problem solver
  • You will need to perform tasks with initiative and creativity, spot the things that need to be done and find a way to make them happen
  • Excellent computer skills – Outlook 365, Word, and Excel
  • And one last thing - You need to be ready to grow with us.
