Melita Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Business Support Agent to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job role:
In this role, you will form part of a team focusing on providing support to Melita’s business customers, resolving customer complaints professionally and tactfully in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies, and to the satisfaction of the customer.

Job requirements:
  • Answering both business technical and billing calls and chats, both in Maltese and English
  • Handle any complaints from business customers professionally
  • Understand, identify, and solve the customers’ issues
  • Solve issues during the first contact where possible
  • Ensure that any issues requiring support from other teams are correctly escalated and handled within acceptable timeframes.
  • Ensure that any required follow-ups are done and the customer is kept updated

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Experience and knowledge in handling both technical and billing queries and issues
  • The ability to multitask and ensure all issues are followed up and solved within the least time possible
  • A positive and a can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
