Sunspot Tours (Malta) Ltd is currently looking to recruit an Airport Representative to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsabilities:
- Being the central point of contact at the Airport
- Greeting clients on arrival and directing them to their transfer in waiting
- Representing the company in a professional, well-presented manner at all times in compliance with the company uniform policy.
Requirements:
- Possess strong social and 'people' skills and be well-mannered/smart/polite
- Be able to work alone and as part of a team
- Be able to cope under pressure
- Possess good communication skills
- Be fluent in English with a good understanding of Maltese and any other language would be considered an asset
- Hold a clean driving licence and possess own car
- Previous experience in a similar post would be preferential.
Additional Information:
- Airport Representative on self-employed
- Salary is based on flight schedule and hours worked
- Hours are worked between Monday to Sunday according to the workload
- Monthly mobile and fuel allowance is also given
- Applicants must be able to speak, read and write in English and a basic understanding of the Maltese language will be considered favourable. They are to excel in and be passionate about, delivering outstanding customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
