Sunspot Tours (Malta) Ltd is currently looking to recruit an Airport Representative to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Responsabilities:
  • Being the central point of contact at the Airport
  • Greeting clients on arrival and directing them to their transfer in waiting
  • Representing the company in a professional, well-presented manner at all times in compliance with the company uniform policy.

Requirements:
  • Possess strong social and 'people' skills and be well-mannered/smart/polite
  • Be able to work alone and as part of a team
  • Be able to cope under pressure
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Be fluent in English with a good understanding of Maltese and any other language would be considered an asset
  • Hold a clean driving licence and possess own car
  • Previous experience in a similar post would be preferential.

Additional Information:
  • Airport Representative on self-employed
  • Salary is based on flight schedule and hours worked
  • Hours are worked between Monday to Sunday according to the workload
  • Monthly mobile and fuel allowance is also given
  • Applicants must be able to speak, read and write in English and a basic understanding of the Maltese language will be considered favourable. They are to excel in and be passionate about, delivering outstanding customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
*The amount of work required for this job varies depending on the number of hours worked.
