KREA in Malta is looking to recruit an Aftersales & Quality Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
As an Aftersales and Quality Executive, you will be expected to act as the main point of contact for Krea clients and installers during and after the installation process. You will be responsible for liaising with and supporting installers in solving issues as they arise, ensuring a positive and conclusive outcome for all parties involved. You will also carry out site inspections at clients’ premises and order any replacements. Finally, you will be expected to conduct regular delivery and installation quality checks and guide the purchasing team on technical issues with suppliers.
