Aristocrat Interactive is currently looking for a Shift Lead- Fraud, Risk & Payments Analyst What You'll Do The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing daily shift operations, leading both Junior and Fraud, Risk & Payments Analysts. This position ensures that all shift tasks are completed efficiently, cases are handled accurately, and fraud detection and payment processes are adhered to industry standards. The Shift Leader serves as the first point of contact for shift-related queries, resolves escalated cases, and fosters a collaborative environment within the team. The Shift leader is to act as a bridge between the team and team management.
What We're Looking For

  • At least 4 years in a fraud, risk, or payments role, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Lead and supervise both junior and senior team members during assigned shifts, ensuring all team members meet daily objectives.
  • Monitor the team’s workflow, assign cases as needed, and ensure tasks are handled in line with company policies.
  • Manage shift handovers to provide continuity, brief incoming teams on critical issues, and prepare detailed handover notes.
  • Review and refine risk rules, thresholds, and system configurations to optimize the balance between fraud prevention and user experience.
  • Prepare and present fraud, risk, and payments reports for management, highlighting trends, KPIs, high-profile cases, quality and assurance, and potential areas of concern.
  • Oversee fraud, risk, and payments cases, ensuring accurate and timely case resolutions in line with operational standards.
  • Handle escalated cases from junior and analysts, making decisions on complex cases or escalating them to senior management as needed.
  • Assist analysts with complex or high-risk cases, providing guidance and support as required.
  • Mentor and train new team members, helping them understand shift procedures, systems, and policies.
  • Conduct refresher training sessions and coordinate with management to address skill gaps or new process requirements.
  • Support continuous learning by encouraging team members to stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Any other Fraud/Risk/Payment related duties
