Land Registration Agency in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Junior Administartive Officer specialising in Customer Experience to join their team on a full-time basis.

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
The main job purpose of a Junior Administrative Officer, for the Receiving Office, is to manage customers, vets, reviews and preliminary processing of any application related to the registration of property and condominiums. The position requires basic technical assessment of matters related to the Land and Condominium Registries as stipulated from time to time in the legislation and related regulations. This position will oversee the operations of the Condominium and Front Office.

Lingual Fluency:
For this role, the candidate must be fluent in both English and Maltese. Any other additional language will be considered as an asset.
Qualifications and Experience
• Four (4) O levels including Maltese, Mathematics, English, [MQF Level 3], together with a subject that shows IT Office Application skills or any other relevant technical subject.
and
• One (1) A level [MQF Level 4] in a relevant subject
or
• Two (2) years’ experience in Customer Experience. Experience in a role related to the technical aspect of land/property registration will be considered as an asset.

• School leaving certificate [MQF Level 1] which must include IT Office Application Skills or another relevant technical subject.

• Four (4) years’ experience in Customer Experience. Experience in a role related to the technical aspect of land/property registration will be considered as an asset.
