As a Customer Relations Officer, you would be working within a team. Your responsibilities are to ensure that clients are assisted throughout after the sale is closed, for delivery and installation arrangements and to make sure that requests are met and dealt with efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • The well-being of the clients and making sure that their experience will continue to be dealt with professionally,
  • Keeping the client updated with the process flow of their orders
  • Assisting in preparation for the delivery and installation process
  • Following and handling queries and complaints.
  • Ensuring that customers requiring after-sales service are followed up and that their needs are addressed as quickly as possible.

     
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • .Holding experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.
  • You will be a committed and reliable person with a flexible work approach
  • Have good organizational skills, time management, a client-oriented approach and efficiency
  • Excellent telephone manners and a smart appearance
  • Be computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Maltese and English and possibly Italian.
  • Currently living in Malta
  • Working hours will be on a shared roster Monday to Friday covering between 8.00am to 19.00hrs ( Most  Roster working hours are normal office hours - However, 1 person needs to cover between 5-7pm - but this is alternating ) and Saturdays alternating 9.00 to 13.00hrs.
