CRM Manager

Aristocrat Interactive is a leading international online gaming company looking for a dynamic and motivated CRM Manager to lead the CRM strategy for one of our major partners.
· Build, grow and manage a collaborative relationship with your appointed partner and brands.
· Your CRM expertise will establish a confidence and trust with the Partners to facilitate dialogue and advice for CRM strategies.
· Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the partner’s brands to drive customer retention and loyalty while positively contributing to commercial targets.
· Using analysis to proactively ideate strategies that positively influence marketing KPIs.
· Supporting your team in operational tasks like QA and testing.
· Ensuring your team are well-trained and well-equipped to excel in their roles.
· Understanding players’ journeys within online gaming to ensure each one is comprehensive and addresses the trends that the data analysis reveals.
· Aristocrat Interactive employees are adequately trained in Responsible Gambling in order to protect customers from harm following the relevant licensing objectives.

What We're Looking For
· Good written and verbal English.
· Good working knowledge of HTML and Excel.
· 2 years’ previous experience in a similar role – a must.
· Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work on a tight deadline and under pressure.
· You are responsible, detail oriented, well organized, independent, able to learn quickly, a multi-tasking master, a team player & have strong interpersonal skills!
· BA / BSc. in Marketing or equivalent – advantage.
