Betsson Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Sportsbook Specialist to join our Global CRM & Engagement team. This is your chance to combine your love of sports with your CRM skills in a role that directly influences customer engagement and retention across international markets.

You'll be at the forefront of our Sportsbook Boosted Odds strategy—creating and executing offers that not only excite our customers but also set us apart in a highly competitive space. With your strategic mindset, market insights, and a passion for the game, you'll craft promotions that keep both casual and die-hard sports fans coming back for more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy: In this role, you will be responsible for developing the group's Sportsbook Boosted Odds strategy, ensuring that our customers are consistently rewarded with compelling and competitive offers on major global and local sporting events.

  • Price Boost Configuration: Set up all global and local Sportsbook Price Boosts within the campaign system.

  • Localisation: Collaborate with local teams to tailor Price Boosts for each market, ensuring they align with local popular sports, and key events.

  • CRM Advertising: Create and deploy promotional banners in the Sportsbook lobby across all devices to highlight Boosted Prices on key events.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all assets and Price Boost rewards undergo thorough QA, receive approval, and are ready for launch.

  • Monitoring: Oversee the ‘shop window’ to verify the correct display of Boosted Odds for key events and guaranteeing a seamless customer journey.

  • Support: Act as the main point of contact for support teams regarding Price Boost queries, working to optimise customer journeys and reduce contact drivers.

Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in the online sports betting industry

Other Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of various sports, leagues, and betting mechanisms

  • Understanding of financial and liability management in trading

  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience from working in a multi-brand and/or multi-market environment

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English

Experience Seen as Positive

  • Proficiency in Spanish is a significant plus
