Corporate Relations Executive

Lino Spiteri Foundation in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Relations Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
We are looking for a Corporate Relations Executive who is motivated and has a passion to work towards the employment of persons with disability. The Corporate Relations Team is the key to unlocking the door of employment opportunities in Malta & Gozo. The primary aim of this team is to nurture relationships with enterprises to create employment opportunities for persons with disabilities or other vulnerable groups. The executive within the Corporate Relations Team will be responsible for executing the day-to-day operations within the unit, be assigned functions within the unit, as well as implement initiatives and schedules within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Aims to ensure that companies are increasing their quota uptake of persons with a disability
• Meets corporate leaders or other people face to face (as well as correspond via email) to explore opportunities
• Guide employers to find solutions to remove barriers to employment of the LSF client group
• Maintains an ongoing relationship with relevant stakeholders and associations in the field of inclusive employment
• Liaises with other Executives within the Supported Employment with regard to recruitment drives in order to identify matches between potential candidates and work placements
• Draws up reports when and as requested by management

Requirements:

• Level 6 Qualification in one of the Social sciences subjects
• 2 Years’ experience working in the Social Sector
• Good command of English and Maltese Language
• Own Transport
