What You'll Do:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets in alignment with the company's business goals
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet them
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and threats
  • Sales Process: Implement and optimize sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Revenue Forecasting: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and report regularly to the executive team
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our gaming products and services, enabling effective communication and presentations to clients
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with strategic partners and affiliates to expand distribution and reach new customer segments
  • Budget Management: Responsible for managing the sales department's promotion and marketing budget effectively
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and improvements
  • Compliance: Ensure that sales activities adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven track record of five years in an account management role in the iGaming industry
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming industry, its trends, and key players
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
  • Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing industry and market
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
