Tailor

Job Description:

As a Tailor at Levi's, you will be responsible for providing custom alterations and tailoring services to ensure our customers receive the best possible fit and experience. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use your skills to alter garments to their specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform alterations on a variety of denim and non-denim garments, including hemming, tapering, repairing and resizing.
• Provide expert advice on tailoring and garment care to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all sewing equipment is in good condition.
• Collaborate with store associates to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of alterations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest tailoring techniques and industry trends.
• Manage alterations schedule and meet deadlines consistently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tailor, preferably in a retail or fashion environment.
• Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and hand sewing techniques.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric types.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
