Senior Associate

A well-established CSP is looking to recruit a Senior Associate, seeking a candidate with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to manage complex tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on corporate, banking, finance laws, and compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various financial agreements, including loans and security documents.
• Prepare legal opinions and completion deliverables, such as corporate resolutions.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by providing on-the-job training, publishing insights, and participating in academic initiatives.
• Lead thought leadership in key areas and mentor trainees through training programs.
• Assist in structuring and executing complex financial transactions (e.g., project finance, asset finance, corporate lending).
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments.
• Represent clients in negotiations with financial institutions and regulatory bodies.

• Must be qualified with a local warrant

• A Bachelor's degree in Law or a comparable qualification from a globally recognized university.
• At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in banking and finance with a reputable law firm.
