Our Client an international corporate service provider is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team of professionals.
Responsabilties include;
Organise and co-ordinate, whilst supporting the respective managers, the various workflows of each department and each team
Organise and co-ordinate, whilst supporting the respective managers, the various workflows which do not fall within any department but which need to be addressed
Ensure client requests are duly followed up and complaints tackled
Be the client champion and ensure a quality and timely service is being provided
Work with the admin team to ensure invoicing is done in a time manner, WIP pushed forward, debtor days are respected and all tasks are properly co-ordinated
Support with all internal and/or Group reporting obligations, and any replies to the Authorities or to the banks, as well as ensuring timely and proper replies
Manage special projects and assignments
Improve processes, draw up procedures, and generally assist and support the growth of the company, including new initiatives
Be responsible for the on-boarding of new clients, whilst co-ordinating with compliance and any authorities, as well as handover in case of clients leaving the company
