Our client is looking to recruit a Corporate Assistant Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Handle, organize and participate in client meetings
Provide direct support to the Client Manager
Handle duties of corporate and/or trust administration for various companies and structures
Support in the financial transactions and preparation of documentation for transactions
Record all time spent for invoicing and internal reporting purposes
Provide technical support and mentoring to junior team members
Handle all client reviews and action accordingly
Responsible for implementing and maintaining control
Support in ad-hoc projects when needed
Support in the day to day duties
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of local experience working in administration of trust, corporate admin or similar
Knowledge working under Malta and International Company Law
Fluent in written and verbal English
Education and Experience
Recognized Qualification in the field
