Our client, a renowned CSP, is seeking to recruit a Head of Corporate Services. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Managing the Corporate Department within the organisation
Monitoring of work in progress within the department
Maintaining, developing, and overseeing the implementation of procedures within the Corporate Services Department
Managing a portfolio of clients and assist with client relations
Assisting with the development and implementation of CDD processes
Liaising with clients, advisors and client representatives
Liaising with the MBR and other authorities
Advising related personnel/staff complement on applicable statutory developments
Ensuring compliance of corporate client portfolio with applicable laws is being adhered to
Oversee and assist in the coordination of training of related personnel/staff complement
Guide related personnel/staff complement on all technical issues relating or pertaining to corporate services
Reporting regularly to the Group Managing Directors and to the Group Board of Directors on all matters relating or pertaining to the corporate services department
Developing, implementing, revising, updating forms and manuals, policies, procedures & templates related to the corporate services department
Skill-sets and Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience managing a Corporate team within a CSP locally
Possess a good understanding of the Companies Act and related Subsidiary Legislation
Have adequate knowledge on AML/CFT Laws & Regulations
Possess a high degree of communication, verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate externally and internally at all levels
Have a good command of English as a working language. A good command of Italian, Spanish and/or French shall be considered an asset
