A client of ours specialised within the Financial and Corporate sector, is looking to onboard a Head of Corporate to join their team of professionals. The designated person will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Group’s vision for client excellence, operational innovation, and business growth, and responsibilities are as follows:

Duties:

  • Drive departmental performance through effective planning, resource allocation, and results-oriented leadership.
  • Champion service excellence, regulatory compliance, and governance standards across both areas.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Corporate and Private Clients service lines, ensuring alignment with the Group’s commercial vision
  • Act as a senior representative of the Group in key internal and external engagements, maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow the business and expand the client base, introducing prospective clients to the Group’s broader services, maintaining insight into industry trends and developments
  • Lead key client relationships, ensuring tailored and consistent delivery of services to the highest professional standard, structuring, developing, and adapting the department to meet evolving business needs and service expectations.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and departmental goals, while supporting the ongoing development of team members at all levels.
  • Guide managers and staff in fostering a performance-driven, collaborative working environment.
  • Oversee sound governance practices and ensure regulatory compliance in partnership with the MLRO and Compliance Officer.
  • Manage the operational integrity of client portfolios, billing procedures, and service workflows.
  • Implement practical improvements and digital enhancements to strengthen efficiency and output.
  • Lead and manage the employer’s business development and marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' local experience in corporate services, fiduciary, or financial services
  • Strong commercial awareness and deep understanding of corporate administration, trust structures, and private client needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Commitment to sound governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Technologically proficient, with a progressive view on how systems and digital tools
  • Proven experience in leading, developing, and inspiring multidisciplinary teams

Education and Experience

  • Must hold a Degree, or equivalent qualification, in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
