Corporate Relations Executive

Lino Spiteri Foundation in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Relations Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

Salary with allowances up to € 29,750

Overview:

The Corporate Relations Executive will be at the front of the Foundation in the various companies and a catalyst to improve the employment of persons with disabilities in the open labour market.

Responsibilities:

• Build and cultivate relationships with businesses to provide employment opportunities for disabled people and vulnerable groups
• Support employers with services of job carving, recruitment support, and uptake of incentives available
• Work with employers to identify solutions and remove obstacles to hiring disabled people
• Maintain ongoing relationships with relevant stakeholders in the field of inclusive employment
• Liaise with other executives to identify matches between candidates and vacancies.

Requirements:

• Level 6 qualification in a relevant field (or) relevant work experience
• Good command of English and Maltese languages
• A genuine interest in the sector of inclusion
• Valid driving licence and own transport.

Desirable:

Work experience in the social sector and/or in recruitment-related roles.
