A leading Corporate Service Provider is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients in different industries and ensuring a good relationship is maintained at all times
  • Carrying out corporate administrative duties and supporting with compliance and KYC matters
  • Drafting of documents for reviewing, execution and filing
  • Monitoring and maintaining good company registers
  • Preparing and submitting documentation to relevant authorities whilst managing structural changes with existing companies 
  • Ensuring all deadlines in relation to annual returns and other statutory forms are being adhered to
  • Assisting clients with the opening of bank accounts whilst attending client meetings where necessary
  • Liaising with other departments, regulators and third parties as necessary
  • Any other duty which may be required from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Minimum two years experience in a similar role locally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Possess knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
