Our client, a leading law firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Assisting in the client onboarding and screening process
Conducting reviews of client files and customer due diligence data
Updating client database
Assisting in the submission and preparation of statutory filings with the Malta Business Registry
Supporting other members of the team in corporate and compliance matters
Skill-sets and Requirements
A minimum of one year experience in a similar role within Financial Services
Possess knowledge of AML/FTF compliance obligations
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Maltese
Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Have strong interpersonal skills and be meticulous
