A new opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Administrator to join a leading international company within the legal sector. The chosen candidate will be supported by an excellent team of professionals who will be providing all the necessary training to carry out the job. 

Responsibilites include:

  • Liaising with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory bodies on day to day matters
  • Providing first-line support to managers and lawyers, including opening new matter files, time recording, billing and debt collection
  • Conducting the necessary AML checks on new clients when required
  • Assisting in drafting corporate documentation, including resolutions, statutory forms and tax documents
  • Ensuring that companies meet deadlines for filing documents with the appropriate authorities
  • Receiving and circulating correspondence addressed to companies
  • Managing company information such as ensuring that company registers and other documents are updated
  • Performing general office duties, including preparing boardrooms for meetings, greeting clients, filing, scanning and photocopying
  • Other ad hoc administration and corporate tasks that may be required from time to time

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of previous local corporate experience
  • Candidates with a solid administration background will also be considered
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
