Job Description

As a Compliance Administrator at Deriv, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our organisation across multiple jurisdictions. On a given day, you will:

  • Spearhead the governance of our companies by ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Map and analyse legal and regulatory landscapes to align company practices with current laws and industry standards
  • Support the establishment of new entities within the Group and facilitate modifications to existing organisational structures
  • Draft, prepare, review, and file critical documents such as board agendas, minutes, statutory filings, reports, policies, and training materials
  • Create and refine internal processes, templates, and compliance documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance operations
  • Maintain comprehensive physical and digital records of all compliance-related documentation
  • Conduct ongoing due diligence on relevant stakeholders

We would love to work with you if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least one year of experience in corporate governance
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Possess strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Have a can-do attitude and are eager to learn and grow your career
  • Are self-motivated and can work both independently and as part of a team
