Are you an ambitious business developer with a passion for building brands and creating growth?

Christel's Hörbal is looking for a Business Development & Sales Partner to lead the commercial expansion of our premium organic herbal beverage brand across Malta.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to help build a business—not simply work in one.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing our commercial strategy, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships and expanding our presence within the hospitality, retail and wellness sectors.

Working directly with the founder, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the brand.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the company's business development strategy

* Build and manage relationships with hospitality, retail and wellness partners

* Generate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships

* Drive sales growth and revenue

* Represent Christel's Hörbal at meetings, tastings and industry events

* Help build and lead the future sales organisation

We're Looking For Someone Who

* Has experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or Commercial Growth

* Has strong networking and relationship-building skills

* Has an entrepreneurial mindset

* Enjoys identifying opportunities and closing deals

* Is self-driven, organised and results-oriented

* Has experience within hospitality, FMCG, beverages or premium consumer brands (preferred)

Partnership Model

This is not a salaried position.

Instead, we're offering a performance-based partnership where you'll receive an agreed percentage of the profits generated through the commercial growth you help create.
