Business Advisory Manager

Our client is a well-established group of companies based in Malta, looking for a Business Advisory Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing assignments in corporate finance including company valuations
• Handling transactions such as mergers, acquisitions & joint ventures
• Preparing and analysing business practices and develop recommendations or new business models
• Giving strategic business advise and creating business plans whilst also managing the budgeting and forecasting aspect
• Managing assignments from beginning to end, including issuing of letters of engagement, performing KYC procedures, compiling a financial model and drafting reports

• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel
• Client Management and organisation skills
