Risk Officer

Our client, in the Financial and Investment Services Industry, is looking to employ a Risk Officer to join their team with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Risk Management Plans
• Assist with assessing clients and the exposure of the respective Portfolio to market, liquidity, credit, counterparty and operational risk and monitor them with the applicable risk limits
• Follow the effective risk management policies and procedures to identify, measure, manage and monitor all risks relevant to each Client/SICAV
• Ensure that all the risk profiles is consistent with the Risk Guidelines
• Assist in the Quarterly reports
• Ensure compliance with applicable risk and liquidity guidelines/limits is always consistent 
• Assist in Scenario Analysis and Stress Testing
• Assist in Liquidity Stress Testing
• Assist in carrying out valuations of private equity investments and private placements
• Any additional ad hoc duties as required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Well organised and able to work under pressure
• Eager to grow within the company
• Relevant work experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent in a related field
