Our client, a leading Fintech company is looking for a Corporate Onboarding Manager to join their team:
Responsibilities:
Leading the client onboarding process;
Distributing the onboarding application amongst the other team members;
Onboarding of clients by collecting all the necessary documents, due diligence process and operational tasks to open the corporate and merchant accounts and assisting and supporting clients throughout the onboarding process in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures;
Working with senior management to meet with clients to personally assess their business profile for onboarding purposes;
Train employees and assist in, develop, prepare and execute the Company’s onboarding policies and procedures to enhance processes for the onboarding of clients;
Attending conferences when necessary;
Assist with the recruitment and development of the Company’s onboarding team;
Undertaking of any other tasks as may be assigned by the person(s) that the Employee reports to.
Skill-sets and Requirements
At least 3 years of previous local compliance experience dealing with corporate clients
A minimum of 1 year managerial experience in a similar position
Experience within Corporate Service Providers, Banks or other Financial Institution will be considered an asset
Excellent knowledge of KYC, AML and other local regulations within the financial sector
A dynamic individual with a positive can-do attitude
A team player who is able to multitask efficiently
Education & Experience
A University degree or MQF Level 6 qualification in a related field
