Compliance Officer

Our client, operating within Corporate Services and Consultancy, is looking for a Compliance Officer, to join their company. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the incorporation process of new entities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement onboarding procedures for new clients and partners.
• Conduct due diligence checks to assess the suitability of new clients and partners.
• Implement and maintain robust KYC procedures to identify and verify the identity of clients and partners.
• Prepare and submit KYC reports to relevant regulatory authorities.
• Conduct thorough due diligence investigations on clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, including minutes of meetings, resolutions, and share registers.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients. 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a compliance role
• Qualifications in Compliance, AML or a similar field
