Our highly reputable client within the banking industry is looking for a Compliance and Corporate Affairs Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Handling and ensuring the bank's ongoing compliance with related laws, polices and procedures
Supporting and being the main contact for authorities
Handling any marketing materials to be made public in relation to relevant regulations
Supporting and reviewing any modifications to the bank's new and existing products and services at development stage to ensure their compliance
Delivering regulatory reports
Assisting with company secretarial duties
Taking minutes for board and other committee meetings
Reviewing of Bank's terms and conditions
Handling the day to day duties of the department
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of local working experience coming from a bank in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Maltese
Education and Experience
Degree level of education in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent
