Finductive Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an AML Analyst to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

We are looking for an AML Analyst to join our AML Department. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of working within the AML compliance fields and have a strong understanding of the payments and finance sector. A team player with solid analytical and communication skills.

 Responsibilities:

  • As part of the first line, AML Analyst is involved in the efforts of the day-to-day operations where risks are actively managed, including the monitoring, detection, and reporting of suspicious activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate investigation of flagged transactions
  • Escalation of suspicious transactions to the MLRO
  • Monitor trends in the flags to develop and implement strategies to improve the transaction monitoring processes
  • Manage periodic and ad-hoc reviews of client accounts to ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients
  • Ensure that client reviews are completed accurately and within specified timelines
  • Assist in preparing reports on transaction monitoring and client review activities to senior management
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of investigations and reviews
  • Ensure accurate and secure record-keeping of all compliance-related activities.

Skills and experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an AML or Compliance environment
  • Strong knowledge of AML laws and regulations
  • Highly analytical and key attention to detail
  • Possess good communication skills in English
  • Experienced with using Microsoft tools especially Microsoft Excel.
