Team Leader (SOP)

Job Description
Inspire Foundation in Malta are looking to recruit a Team Leader for our School Outreach Programme (SOP) who will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the programme.

Job Role: 
They will be expected to ensure that all goals for the programme are reached through the scheduling, coordination and monitoring of various activities which form an integral part of the programme.  They will also be responsible to ensure that employees perform their duties according to agreement and that the correct approaches and interventions are being made.
The chosen candidate is expected to give regular feedback and educate employees as well as LSEs who accompany the learners within the programme.

Qualification Requirements:
The ideal candidate should:

• Possess an MQF Level 6 Qualification in Psychology, Disability Studies, Pedagogy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or one of the related caring professions.
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a related field.
• Possess strong leadership skills.

*Prior to being recruited and throughout the duration of employment, the selected candidates need to satisfy the requirements of the Protection of Minors Act (POMA) together with those of immunisation.
