Senior Housekeeper Supervisor

Hilton Malta is looking for a highly motivated individual with well-developed communication and leadership skills to join the Housekeeping Department in the position of full-time Senior Housekeeping Supervisor.

The Role:

• Ensures that the daily activities of the Housekeeping Department are performed in accordance with the brand standards
• Ensures that the Housekeeping Team receives the required information in order to complete their duties efficiently and promptly
• Provides customer service, making sure guests receive prompt and efficient service to maximise customer satisfaction
• Maximises the productivity, motivation and satisfaction of the Housekeeping Team
• Checks rooms and public areas and take action as necessary
• Ensures a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Experience at a supervisory level
• Excellent organisation skills
• An excellent approach towards guest service
• Attention to detail and accuracy and a passion for quality
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English
• Be fluent in the use of computer applications
• Be flexible to respond to a range of different work situations
• An ITS Accommodation Operations qualification will be considered an asset
