Cleaner

At IBB Hammett's Operations Limited We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a cleaner. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of our premises.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cleaner or dishwasher in a restaurant or similar environment is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items when necessary
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of cleaning products
• A team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Sous Chef and Head Chef
• Principal duties include cleaning designated areas ensuring that all surfaces are hygienically cleaned as instructed 
• Ensuring that any complaints, hazards and faulty equipment are reported to the head chef
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines according to safety and hygiene standards
• Replenish cleaning supplies and notify the manager when inventory is low
• Inspect and report any maintenance or equipment issues.
