TF Condominium Management Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Cleaner to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:
TF Condominium Management LTD is seeking a dedicated and experienced cleaner. The position involves providing exceptional cleaning services within condominiums, focusing on maintaining the cleanliness of common areas such as stairs, windows, lifts, and other communal spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and detailed cleaning duties within condominium common areas, including but not limited to stairs, windows, lifts, hallways, and other communal spaces as assigned
• Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained
• Adhere strictly to established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a neat and orderly environment is consistently maintained
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs needed to the designated supervisor or management promptly
• Follow health and safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others
• Display a professional demeanour and positive attitude while interacting with residents or occupants when necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in professional cleaning, particularly in cleaning stairs, windows, lifts, and communal areas, is a must
• Possession of a valid Maltese driving license is mandatory
• A clean police conduct record
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning results
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina and capability to perform various cleaning tasks
• Flexibility to work within the assigned schedule.
