Strategy Executive
About the Role:
As a Strategy Executive, you’ll join a dynamic and future-focused team at Atlas Insurance, reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer. This is a newly created role and a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Atlas's group strategy, international growth, innovation, digital business transformation, and AI initiatives. This role is perfect for a motivated individual eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact while enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the strategy function and the many related cross-functional teams. You will also play a key role in fostering international client and partner relationships, enabling InsurTechs and innovators to expand their EU and UK businesses.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Strategic Coordination & Facilitation: collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and assist in overseeing the execution of key strategic initiatives.
- International Client & Partner Engagement: foster strong relationships with international business customers and partners to enhance our global reach and drive business development; coordinate international business projects, from the assessment to the setup stages.
- Data Analytics: maintain our Objective Key Results (OKR) dashboard, aggregating data from various sources and extract data and insights using advanced Excel skills and Atlas’s data analytics tools to support decision-making.
- Research & Reporting: research global insurance trends, competitors, and sector innovations to inform strategic decisions.
- Strategy Function Administration Support: efficiently manage the communication, administrative, and operational tasks related to the strategy function.
- Learning & Development: stay informed about emerging technologies, particularly generative AI, and apply this knowledge to broader innovation initiatives.
What We're Looking for:
- Strong background in business management or finance.
- A self-starter with a passion for learning and adopting new technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to manage stakeholder interactions professionally and confidently.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
