Senior Business Developer

Our client is a forward-thinking organisation operating committed to delivering innovative solutions to businesses across international markets. 

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Senior Business Developer to drive new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support the expansion of their commercial offering.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across local and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Prepare tailored proposals and presentations to support new business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences and industry functions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure all business development activities align with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in business development or similar
• Strong relationship building, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good understanding of B2B sales, ideally financial solutions
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
• Experience working within either the banking, payments, fintech or similar industry

Education and Experience

• A Degree (level 6) in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
