We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team and help us grow our sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage business retention.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. Training will be given 
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale, ensuring they align with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

    Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successful sales
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must haves:

  • Be a Maltese resident
  • Holds a clean driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal. Maltese is considered a strong asset
  • Demonstrate ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in using basic computer programmes
