Job Summary:
The Head of Acquisition Department is responsible for driving player growth by developing innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that attract new users. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, budget management, and performance analytics. The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with external partners, and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve targeted acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development:
o Create and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies tailored to the gambling market.
o Define short- and long-term growth targets, aligning campaigns with overall business objectives.
• Campaign Management:
o Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media, affiliate networks, etc.).
o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Team Leadership & Collaboration:
o Lead and mentor the acquisition team, ensuring continuous skill development and effective performance management.
o Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Vendor & Partnership Management:
o Negotiate and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, digital agencies, and other external vendors.
o Continuously scout for new partnership opportunities that align with the brand’s strategic goals.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Leverage marketing analytics tools to extract insights, track campaign performance, and recommend optimization strategies.
o Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Compliance & Best Practices:
o Ensure that all acquisition strategies adhere to industry regulations and ethical marketing practices.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in customer acquisition—preferably in the gambling or online entertainment sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage large-scale, ROI-driven campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation tools).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
