Our Client is looking to recruit a Digital Practice Lead to join their team. Reporting to the Co-founder, the chosen candidate will:

Pipeline & Revenue Ownership

  • Build and scale a qualified pipeline from the existing client base
  • Identify, prioritize, and convert high-value opportunities
  • Lead complex sales conversations at C-level and founder level
  • Own end-to-end deal execution: structuring, pricing, negotiation, and closing

Offering & Practice Design

  • Define, package, and evolve the Digital Practice across three core layers:
  • Decision Layer – insight, clarity, and speed in decision-making
  • Execution Layer – systems, workflows, and operational enablement
  • Intelligence Layer – AI, automation, and data leverage
  • Establish a paid diagnostic/scoping engagement as the primary entry point
  • Continuously refine positioning, messaging, and offer design based on market feedback

Client Leadership

  • Act as senior client partner and overall engagement owner
  • Set and control scope, direction, and desired outcomes
  • Align client expectations with delivery capability and constraints
  • Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and expansion

Practice Building & Scale

  • Convert early engagements into strong case studies and reference clients
  • Identify repeatable patterns to productize and scale delivery
  • Design a clear commercial journey: diagnostic → delivery → scale
  • Ensure alignment between commercial ambition and operational capacity

Requirements

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch
  • Able to engage senior stakeholders and speak in business outcomes, not tech

Education and Experience

  • 8–15 years experience in consulting, tech, Business advisory is a must
  • Proven track record of selling and delivering work
  • Strong commercial instinct — you know how to create and close opportunities
  • Systems-aware, but not overly technical
