Credit Analyst Manager

Our client, a leading financial institution is seeking to recruit a Credit Analyst Manager to join their Credit corporate team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Due diligence checks related to crediting
• Vetting supporting documentation
• Analyzing business plans and financial statements including calculation of ratios, calculation of feasibility based on historic and projected data, cash flow statements and stress testing
• Ensuring compliance in relation to the Bank's credit policies, rules and procedures
• Taking part and engaging in Credit Committees and making effective recommendations and proposing solutions
• Carrying out oversight actions and maintaining statistics
• Identifying development areas and recommending solutions addressing needs that may arise to improve procedures and processes to consistently increase efficiency whilst delivering an accurate and timely service throughout
• Sharing knowledge and assist team members progress within the team
• Assisting the management in non-credit risk tasks as may be required from time to time

• A minimum of 7 years working in a business credit environment locally
• Possess the ability to interpret financial rations and assess financial statements including large organizations' consolidated accounts
• Have the ability to analyze financial reports, cash flow forecasts and business plans and draw reasonable inferences and interpretations therefrom
• Hold well developed report writing skills

• Hold a Degree or Diploma in Banking & Finance/Accountancy;
