Our client, a leading financial institution is seeking to recruit a Credit Analyst Manager to join their Credit corporate team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Due diligence checks related to crediting
Vetting supporting documentation
Analyzing business plans and financial statements including calculation of ratios, calculation of feasibility based on historic and projected data, cash flow statements and stress testing
Ensuring compliance in relation to the Bank's credit policies, rules and procedures
Taking part and engaging in Credit Committees and making effective recommendations and proposing solutions
Carrying out oversight actions and maintaining statistics
Identifying development areas and recommending solutions addressing needs that may arise to improve procedures and processes to consistently increase efficiency whilst delivering an accurate and timely service throughout
Sharing knowledge and assist team members progress within the team
Assisting the management in non-credit risk tasks as may be required from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
A minimum of 7 years working in a business credit environment locally
Possess the ability to interpret financial rations and assess financial statements including large organizations' consolidated accounts
Have the ability to analyze financial reports, cash flow forecasts and business plans and draw reasonable inferences and interpretations therefrom
Hold well developed report writing skills
Education & Experience
Hold a Degree or Diploma in Banking & Finance/Accountancy;
