Branch supervisor

Our client, a leading financial institution is seeking to recruit a Branch Supervisor to join their growing team. The selected person will have the following responsibilities:

• Carrying out and supporting in activities of a commercial, operative and administrative nature
• Achieving the organization's goals for profitability and growth
• Ensuring a high level of services is being provided to customers at all time
• Mentoring and coaching junior staff in their daily work
• Assisting in the leading of the team
• Any other administrative duty which may be required from time to time

• Possess the ability to work under pressure, multi task and prioritize
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese
• Previous experience in a similar role within a bank branch

• Possess a qualification in banking, management, financial services or anything related
