Our client is an established Financial Services provider. They would like to engage a Chief Financial Officer to join their team
The Role
- You will lead the Finance Function and have a large team reporting into him/her
- You will be reporting into the CEO/Board of Directors and will be executing the company strategy
- You will be part of the Senior Management Team and will form part of other important committees
- You will also help the CEO with important business decisions
- You will re-engineer current processes where necessary
- You will ensure that all company stakeholders are in line with the company financial strategy
- Ensure that the company is in line with the Risk Apetite strategy
- Ensure an efficient reporting structure both regulatory and internally
- Drive behavioural change where necessary
- Lead and develop the finance team where necessary
- Have a minimum 5 years experience as a Chief Finance Officer at Senior leadership level
- Having experience in Banking, Insurance &/or other Financial Services sectors will be considered as a strong asset
- Have strong technical expertise including IFRS's
- Have strong record of change and innovation
- Be an assertive leader yet approachable
- Have a strong record of driving performance be it financial and operational
- Be a warranted Accountant
- Be highly tech saavy
- Very good salary and benefits package
