Cards Project Manager

Finductive is a leading payment provider committed to delivering innovative and secure financial solutions. As we embark on a pivotal project related to cards, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead this initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of card issuance and management projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. 

• Create Cards Management Policies and Procedures and undertake regular reviews (annually or ad hoc if needed). 

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, considering all aspects of card issuance, personalization, and chargeback management. 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including aml, technology, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless integration of card-related projects. 

• Collaborate with external vendors and partners involved in card issuance and management, ensuring alignment with project goals and delivery expectations. 

• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with card issuance and management projects, including chargeback processes. 

• Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to card issuance and management, ensuring that projects align with all applicable standards. 

• Implement robust quality assurance processes to guarantee the accuracy and security of card issuance and management procedures. 

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of card projects, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. 

• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading projects related to card issuance, management, and chargebacks within the payments industry.

• Proven success in overseeing end-to-end card projects, including knowledge of card production, personalization, and chargeback processes.

• Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to card issuance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
