Job Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support business objectives;
Increase brand visibility and recognition through targeted campaigns;
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and enhance market positioning;
Manage and optimise marketing budgets to maximise return on investment;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts;
Monitor market trends and provide insights to adjust pricing strategies accordingly;
Plan and execute in-store promotions and special deals to drive sales;
Oversee the company’s digital presence, including software and social media platforms, to engage and grow the audience.
Experience
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a similar discipline;
At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector would be highly advantageous;
Strong proficiency in English and ideally Maltese.
Personal Skills
Being tech-savvy with strong numerical abilities is essential;
Results-driven with exceptional negotiation skills;
Strong analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently;
Capable of working effectively both autonomously and as a team player;
Maintains a positive attitude and is highly motivated to achieve success.
